All craft items are hand made – so expect some form of human error. Bubbles do exist – we try our best to make sure they never impact the quality of the look or design, but sometimes little ones do make their way in. Learn to love them. There’s not a single piece in the world identical to yours – we guarantee it.
Clothing – now thats a bit different. If you find errors with your garment or the application of the artwork on it – contact us immediately so we can work something out.
Having mentioned that, we gladly accept returns and exchanges if you’re not satisfied.
If something is not right, please contact us! We will do our best to make it right.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at email@example.com, or via the customer portal. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Once the item is received, refund or replacement will be sent.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unless claimed damaged or defective on return, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations may be accepted no later than 24 hours after order is placed. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order.
Right of Vendor Refusal
We don’t want to deny anyone business, but if we suspect suspicious activity, or we encounter an abusive situation, we reserve the right to cancel your order(s). Don’t worry – we’ll always contact you to notify you if something fishy is up!
